Removable Dental Prostheses
They are used when some teeth are missing and the others can be used as bridges or denture support. They are made of nylon fibers, a soft and light material. They have to be adjusted little by little until the person feels safe. They are secured with retaining rings that are placed on a tooth. They should be removed and washed well every day, after each meal, and it is advisable to leave them overnight in a glass of water with baking soda to eliminate any bacteria.
